The insulin pen must match the insulin refill. Unscrew the cap and unscrew the refill holder; Piston rod resetting; Load the refill into the refill holder and tighten it.

    Install the needle

Use a new needle for each injection.

    Exhaust

Dial the dose adjustment knob to 2 units, hold the needle upright, and gently flick the refill holder with your fingers several times. Push down the injection push button and see a drop of insulin spilling out of the needle.

    Injection

Using the pen-holding injection technique, press the injection button with the thumb, hold the pen body with the other four fingers, aim the window at yourself, quickly advance the needle, inject slowly, and stay for 10 seconds before pulling out the needle to ensure that all the drugs are injected into the body and pull out the needle.
